  • Yes. We offer free and confidential services to help you make informed choices about your future. You don't need insurance to use our services. Just bring a valid photo ID.

    What to Expect

  • All our services are confidential and private, no matter your age. You can come by yourself or bring a friend or parent, but it's not required.

  • To find out if you're pregnant, you first need to take a lab-grade pregnancy test. These tests are usually more than 99% accurate in detecting pregnancy hormones.

We offer free and confidential pregnancy tests, and you don't need insurance. If eligible, you can also get a non-diagnostic ultrasound during your appointment to find out how far along you are.

  • There are usually two or three days each menstrual cycle when you can get pregnant. This happens about two weeks after your last period began.

By counting the days since your last period, you can estimate when you might be ovulating and when you might have gotten pregnant.

Another way to find out the conception date is through an ultrasound. Babies grow at a steady rate, so an ultrasound can measure the baby's age. This can give a more accurate date than just counting days.

  • The pain a woman may feel during an abortion procedure varies for each person. It depends on how her body reacts to the treatment and her pain tolerance.

Other factors that affect pain include the type of abortion and how developed the fetus is.

You can discuss these factors with a nurse during your appointment. You can also text a nurse privately at
    (843) 892-6193 anytime for free.
