Do I need my parents’ permission? **All our services are confidential and private**, no matter your age. **You can come by yourself** or bring a friend or parent, but it's not required. - How do I know if I'm pregnant? To find out if you're pregnant, you first need to **take a lab-grade pregnancy test**. These tests are usually more than 99% accurate in detecting pregnancy hormones. We offer free and confidential pregnancy tests, and you don't need insurance. There are usually two or three days each menstrual cycle when you can get pregnant. This happens about two weeks after your last period began. By **counting the days since your last period**, you can estimate when you might be ovulating and when you might have gotten pregnant. Another way to find out the conception date is through **an ultrasound**. Babies grow at a steady rate, so an ultrasound can measure the baby's age. The **pain** a woman may feel during an abortion procedure **varies for each person**. It depends on how her body reacts to the treatment and her pain tolerance.
